Delivery
All of our products come with standard delivery, which includes installation for any electrical adjustable chairs and beds. You’re in safe hands with our expert delivery team as our helpful drivers won’t leave until you’re happy with how your new furniture looks in your home. Our delivery team will also take away any packaging with them so you don’t need to worry about sorting that. They will always wear shoe protectors in your home, but do let them know if you’d like them to wear a face mask throughout your delivery too.
Whilst we’re unable to guarantee specific days, dates and times, someone from our Customer Care team will give you a call once your new HSL product is ready to be delivered to your home so that you know when to expect it. Please note that lead times for delivery can change and vary depending on product type and stock levels.
The delivery service is available in Mainland UK only. If you require delivery outside of the UK we can deliver to the nearest port/UK mainland postcode, after this point it is the customer’s sole responsibility to ship the furniture to the final destination. Delivery can sometimes be delayed at certain times of the year like Easter, Spring Bank holiday and Christmas due to factory holidays.
Selected ranges of our furniture are available with an Express Delivery service meaning your furniture can be in your home within just 3 working days* and set up in your room of choice.
*T&Cs apply. Orders of selected products placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered within 3 working days, subject to stock availability. Delivery charge is £65 plus VAT where applicable. Postcode restrictions apply. Swivel & Stressless chairs will be delivered within 14 days. Delivery lead times may vary over the festive period.
